Heated basalt stones and warm massage oil are combined to provide a unique and comforting treatment. The therapist uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while holding a heated stone, and may also leave heated stones in specific points along your spine, in the palms of your hands, or even between your toes to improve the flow of energy in your body. Warm stone massage is suited to people who tend to feel chilly or those who have muscle tension, but prefer a lighter massage. The heat relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to work on problem areas without using deep pressure. Warm Stone Massage is a 90-mintue session.
